Ingredients

1 1/2 plus 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour

1/3 cup refined Sugar

½ tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 cup salted butter, at room temperature

1/2 cup Fiesta Tropicalé Unsweetened Organic Coconut Flakes

2 Tbsp. Fiesta Tropicalé Coconut Milk

Using a handheld mixer, cream butter in large bowl. Gradually add sugar, and mix until well combined. Add milk and vanilla extract, and blend until smooth.

Gradually add flour and coconut flakes. Mix well. Form mixture into dough. Cover the dough and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

On a flour-dusted surface, roll dough with a rolling pin until about 1/4 inch thick. Use a dog-shaped cookie cutter to cut dough into puppy shapes. Arrange puppy cookies on a baking sheet.

Bake puppy cookies in a 350 F degree oven for 15 minutes. Let puppy cookies cool.

Decorate with icing, add candy eyes, or chocolate for nose. Store in airtight container and enjoy!
