❤️ 1 can(14-ounce) Fiesta Tropicalé Coconut Milk, chilled overnight
❤️ 2 Tbsp. confectioner'ssugar
❤️ 1 tsp. vanillaextract
❤️ 3 Tbsp. plus 2tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
❤️ 1/4 cup semisweetchocolate shavings
HOW TO MAKE IT
𝟙 Remove the thick cream at the top ofthe canned coconut milk.
𝟚 Place thick cream in a large bowl. Addpowdered sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
𝟛 Beat with a hand mixer until thick andcreamy, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside 4 tablespoons of the whipped coconutcream.
𝟜 Sprinkle cocoa powder over whipped coconut cream andbeat until thick and smooth.
𝟧 Divide mousse into 4 portions. Dollopwith whipped coconut cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings. Enjoy!
