š 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
š 8 Tbsp. butter, softened
š 4 cups confectioners' sugar
š 1 cup Fiesta Tropicale Sweetened Coconut Flakes
š 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
š Pinch kosher salt
š 3 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
HOW TO MAKE IT
š Using a handheld mixer, mix together all ingredients, except cinnamon, until mixture is smooth and well-blended. Cover and chill for one hour.
š® Scoop and roll 1 tbsp. of mixture into a ball. Roll in cinnamon. Repeat for the rest of the dough.
šÆ Serve chilled.
