INGREDIENTS

✅ 4 cups Fiesta Tropicalé Sweetened Shredded Coconut, chopped
✅ 3 ¾ cups powdered sugar
✅ 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
✅ 1/4 cup butter, softened
✅ 1 ½ cups white candy melts
✅ 2 (11 ½ ounce packages) semisweet chocolate chips
✅ 1 package (10 ounces) marshmallows
✅ Black, orange and red decorator icing

HOW TO MAKE IT

1️⃣ Mix together coconut, powdered sugar, condensed milk and butter. Roll into balls and place on lined cookie sheets. Chill for 1 hour.
2️⃣ Melt candy melts in a microwave for 1 minute. Stir well then microwave in 10 second increments. Stir until smooth.
3️⃣ Dip balls in candy melt mixture and place on lined cookie sheets. Chill for 15 minutes or until firm.
4️⃣ Melt semisweet chips in microwave for 1 minute.  stir. Stir well then microwave in 10 second increments. Stir until smooth.
5️⃣ To make hats, dip each marshmallow in melted chocolate then place on a lined cookie sheet.  Pour some melted chocolate on a lined cookie sheet. Take each marshmallow and swirl bottoms in chocolate to create hat brims. Chill until firm, about 15 minutes.
6️⃣ Level the top of coated coconut balls. Use candy melt mixture to attach hat to snowman. Use black icing for eyes and mouth. Use orange icing for nose. Use red icing to decorate hats.
