⛄️ 2 cups plus 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour 

⛄️ ½ tsp salt 

⛄️ 2/3 cups Fiesta Tropicalé Coconut Oil, in its solid form  

⛄️ 6 Tbsp ice cold water  Instructions


1️⃣ In a large bowl, mix together flour and salt. Scoop in the solid-form coconut oil and mix with a fork into an even, crumbly consistency. 

2️⃣ Add ice cold water a spoonful at a time and mix in gently using a wooden spoon, until it forms a smooth dough. 

3️⃣ Knead dough well, then put it on a surface sprinkled with flour and mold it into a thin flat oval, ready for rolling.
