INGREDIENTS

✅ 2 cans Fiesta Tropicalé Coconut Milk

✅ 1/4 tsp. lemon juice

✅ Pinch of salt

✅ Pinch of garlic powder

✅ Linen cloth

HOW TO MAKE IT

1️⃣ Chill canned coconut milk overnight. The thick cream will rise to the top of the can.

2️⃣ Pour the coconut milk into the linen cloth over a bowl, letting the water drain through the cloth.

3️⃣ Gently squeeze water out of the cream, until texture is similar to cream cheese.

4️⃣ Transfer "cheese" to a bowl and add lemon, salt and garlic.Mix well until combined.

5️⃣ Spread on toast and top with fresh veggies or herbs.
