INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup Fiesta Tropicale Organic Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

  • 6 slices of whole wheat or white bread

  • 6 Tablespoons Fiesta Tropicale Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch and salt. Mix in milk and extract.

  2. Dip bread in milk mixture. Press coconut flakes onto each side of bread.

  3. Melt 1 tablespoon of Fiesta Tropicale Organic Virgin Coconut Oil in pan. 

  4. On medium heat, cook bread for 3-4 minutes on each side. 

  5. Add more coconut oil when flipping toast.

  6. Enjoy with maple syrup, whipped coconut cream or your favorite toppings.
