INGREDIENTS


Coconut Chia Bowl:

  • 2/3 cup Fiesta Tropicale Light Coconut Milk

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

For Serving:

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1/2 banana, sliced

  • 6 strawberries, sliced in half

  • 1 tablespoon roasted almonds, chopped (Optional)

  • 1 tablespoon Fiesta Tropicale Organic Unsweetened Coconut Chips

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Stir together coconut milk, chia seeds and maple syrup. 

  2. Refrigerate overnight, covered, to allow the mixture to thicken.

  3. Uncover the pudding, and top with blueberries, banana, strawberries and coconut flakes.
