➡️ 1-3/4 cups confectioners sugar ➡️ 1-3/4 cups Fiesta Tropicalé Sweetened Shredded Coconut ➡️ 1 cup chopped almonds ➡️ 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk ➡️ 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips ➡️ 2 Tbsp. shortening ➡️ For garnish: extra shredded coconut, holiday sprinkles, decorating sugar, etc.


𝟙 Mix together confectioners' sugar, shredded coconut, almonds and milk in a large bowl. Shape into 1-inch balls. Chill until firm, around 30 minutes. 

𝟚 In a microwave, melt semisweet chips and shortening for about 1 minute; stir. Repeat at 10 second increments, stirring until smooth. 

𝟛 Dip balls in chocolate, then garnish with ingredients of your choice. Let dry on parchment paper until set.
